Having left the IT industry after 30 years I decided to go into something I love doing – providing food & drink for people. I wanted to be mobile and different and didn’t want a standard food trailer so decided initially on a converted horsebox – lovingly refurbished, serving barista coffee and hot food which after 7 great years we have now sold. We now concentrate on our 2nd food truck a Trailblazer 600 BBQ trailer. This is a beautiful modern design with gull-wing doors and with this unit we will also be offering additional dishes at certain events such as tasty bavette steaks, Sardines and butterflied legs of lamb.
We are available for private hire for parties, wedding receptions, corporate events and are also able to attend food/music festivals, sporting events.
We are regularly serving our food at The Pilgrim Brewery in Reigate and we have served at many village days, wedding receptions, parties all over the South East.
Friendly service and delicious food including our own lamb kofta, jerk chicken, chicken souvlaki, spiced halloumi, falafel kebabs and delicious thinly sliced bavette steak with in flatbreads with salad & chipotle mayo, bacon cheeseburgers in a brioche bun with spicy coleslaw.
We are also a licensed bar and can serve real ale, lagers, wine, prosecco, Pimms & soft drinks etc.
We are based in Surrey and will happily travel all over Surrey, Sussex, Kent & South London.
All our food packaging consumables – plates, cutlery, containers, wrappers are either recyclable, compostable/bio-degradeable – no plastics involved
